People are a product of their environment. Americans, on average, spend approximately 90 percent of their time indoors according to the US EPA. We believe creating a better home and physical environment for people will help them lead better more enjoyable lives.
How? We offer smart apartments that allow us to improve the experience for our members over time. A standard birdbox has smart home technology everywhere, lush house plants, regular cleaning, home services, and is move in ready. It is not simply a place to stay but your home, complete with a mailing address. As our network grows, our members will be able to move freely, spending their winters in a warm climate and their summers in a cooler one if they want.
